• If a second staff member is necessary to complete the removal, an additional charge will apply
• Sanitary Care of the Remains
• Use of Facilities and Equipment for Identification
• Transportation of the Deceased to the Crematory

• Refrigeration
• Viewing or Use of the Facilities for Viewing

     If you want to arrange a direct cremation you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).  The containers we provide are cardboard.

     Your funeral director can explain to you the many operations available with immediate burial or immediate cremation.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

• Basic Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff
• Administrative Staff
• Transportation from Airport to Local Cemetery or Crematory

This Service Does Not Include:

• Cash Advance Items
• Embalming
• Visitation or Funeral Ceremony

FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME        

Includes:

• Basic Professional Services of Staff and Administrative Staff and Use of Basic Facilities
• Obtaining Legal Documents and Other Paperwork Necessary to Complete the Transfer
• Removal of the Deceased from the Place of Death to the Mortuary (within a 25 mile radius)
• If a second staff member is necessary to complete the removal, an additional charge will apply
• Embalming and/or Sanitary Care of the Remains

This Service Does Not Include:

• Cash Advance Items
• Other Preparation of the Remains
• Dressing, Casketing, Cosmetizing, and Hair Color
• Automotive Equipment
• Transportation to the Common Carrier
